עדכון בעניין הבעיות עם הצגת הקבצים הבודדים בהורדות

החברה מסרה לנו שהחליפה את השרת, וכעת ייתכן שחלק מהבעיות ייפתרו.
נשמח לקבל מכם משוב אם עדיין אתם נתקלים בבעיות גישה לקבצים.

בכל מקרה, אגלה לך שגם אני כמובן גם לא מרוצה מספקית השרת הנוכחית (חברת Hetzner הגרמנית).
יש לנו לא מעט בעיות טכניות איתם, והמהירות היא איטית להחריד.
רק כדי לסבר את האוזן, אנחנו משלמים על מהירות חיבור של עד עשרה גיגה-סיביות/שנייה (תעבורת עד 10 אלף מגה-סיביות בשנייה!).
אני הצעתי ליעקב לחשוב על חברה אחרת, ואנחנו עושים ניסיונות למצוא חלופה ראויה אחרת.
העניין עם שכירת שרתים מחברות ענק שלא ניתן לנו לדעת מראש איך זה הולך להתנהל, ופעמים רבות מדאי מתברר רק לאחר הרכישה והתחלת השימוש, מה ה"עוקץ" שהם מסתירים היטב טרם הרכישה, וכיון שמדובר בשרת שאינו נמצא בבית שלנו (לעת עתה) אז הזמן שאורך להעלות מחדש את כל הקבצים הוא ארוך מאוד (סדר גודל של חודשים רבים).
בחברות ענק יש קישוריות מהירה מאוד לאינטרנט, ולהן קל יותר לתמרן, אבל אנחנו לא חברה ולא מרוויחים אגורה. זו פעילות נטו לזיכוי הרבים ולשמח הלבבות. יעקב (הבחור שמעלה את התכנים) משלם הכל מכיסו הפרטי לשם שמיים!
וגם אני מסייע בחלק הטכני (תכנות וכו') בהתנדבות גמורה.
מקווה שבעתיד יימצא פתרון הגון.
לי אין ספק שביום שבישראל תהיה למשתמש בבית קישוריות אינטרנט נורמלית – יהיה אפשרי להעמיד שרת בבית, ובכך לצמצם מאוד את הבעיות שיש עם חברות חיצוניות. אמנם לא יהיה לנו רוחב פס אין סופי, גם לא עם סיבים אופטיים, אבל תתאפשר גישה במהירות אמיתית כפי שהספק מאפשר עבור העלאה.

Recently we are experiencing many technical issues with the service:
Individual files cannot be viewed in the browser – either not loaded at all, or loaded very very late.
Uploading files using Windows OS – every time gets stuck towards the end.
Connection with WinSCP software (WebDAV client) – is constantly disconnected, impairing the ability to upload files.
Uploading files is very very slow!
Downloading files is very very slow!
When you navigate the user interface – windows loaded very very slowly!

I will make it clear that I have no problem with the Internet connection at my home, I am an advanced user and know how to set up what is needed. Other sites open without any problem.

Viewing individual files within a folder does not open to all our users, not only for me, except those who browse through a Linux-based operating system.

Hello,

1) I am the system administrator and the system does not allow me to rename files or folders.

2) If I upload several files together using software (WinSCP) – the server disconnects my connection and interrupts the upload.

3) See attached photos.

4) Answers in the style of "everything works fine with us" – are not acceptable to me, there is no point in answering in this way – I am not an idiot.
None of the issues I mentioned occur when I connect to servers in other companies (AWS as an example).

5) All the discussion with you will be open to the public on our websites – it is worth answering in a respectful way.

6) It is recommended that you allow more than one file to be attached when contacting you, otherwise I need to convert several images to a long PDF file.
